You need to know what kind of keywords you should use. I get very good results with competition that has less than 20,000 pages. But how do you find low competition keywords. A Piano Tutorial – Secrets on How to Help Beginners

A piano tutorial does not have to be boring or uninteresting. Probably, the reason why kids and teens easily give up on their dreams of becoming masters of the piano keys is due to the unexciting ways that piano instructors use to teach their students. Besides, not all piano students want to be classical pianists someday. Many would simply want to be able to carry a tune and play the instrument during parties and in front of their friends and family. For those who are really serious, they can undergo scientific piano lessons. But if you are one of those who only want to learn the piano because you want to play My Way by Frank Sinatra or I Can’t Smile Without by Barry Manilow, then you can take matters into your own hands. Below are some of the things you should look for in tutorials that you can use to achieve your musical aspirations.

One of the fastest ways in which you can learn to carry a tune on the piano is by asking help from friends who know how to play the instrument. Tell them that you want to play pop songs so that your friends would not force Waltz of the Flowers by Tchaikovsky on you. Still, you really cannot impose on your friends and ask them to stay for hours just so you can master the piece. If you do not know how to read notes, this will also be challenging because you really have to memorize the piece and play by the ear.

If you have taken music lessons while you were young and you can still understand simple notes, you can always buy music sheet or use the notes of your friends or family and play a melody on the piano. You can find piano sheets for each music genre, degree of expertise, and composer. However, these materials can be a bit expensive and, in any collection, there will surely be songs that you will never be interested in. Good thing you can also find piano sheet music online. You will be able to choose each piece that you want and just print it anytime you need to play on the piano.

Lastly, you should check out video tutorials online. There are many websites that provide piano video tutorials for very affordable prices. This is ideal for those who do not have any music background and do not know how to read notes. The videos will train you on piano skills. As you watch them, these video tutorials can teach you what keys to strike in order to play the music that you want. At least you will have a visual of the keys and the position of the hands and fingers. You will also become familiar with the melodies in your own time and pace. Even if Poker Face by Lady Gaga may be a little bit difficult for you now because you do not have any experience on the piano, you will surely learn the song in no time with the help of piano video tutorials.

Hosting Your Own Blog – How to Host Your Own WordPress Blog for Free

First, we need to find a good web host with tons of features, including PHP support and a relatively large storage. In this economy, however, it is very hard to find even paid hosts with these features without it costing hundreds of dollars a year.

However, there is a service called 000webhost that features PHP, MySQL databases, 1.5GB space, 100GB bandwidth per month, subdomains, email hosting, FTP, and many other features. However, to the average user these do not matter much, all we really need is the PHP, FTP, and 1.5GB space, which will be hard to fill up. To use their services however, you need to register for an account. Once you do, either edit your domain’s CNAME from your domain provider, or choose a subdomain if you are on a budget, but I highly recommend a domain, as it only costs $5.

Once you do that, install a FTP client on your desktop, such as FileZilla or FireFTP. Once you do that, collect your username and password for FTP in “VIew Account Details” in the cPanel in 000webhost. Once you have connected to your server, you have finished most of the hard work to set up the host.

Next, to install WordPress, go to WordPress.org and download the zipped folder and download it somewhere you can find. Extract it somewhere, and then upload it to your server in FTP by right clicking on the folder in your FTP client and clicking “Upload”. Make sure that when you upload it, it is not in a folder called “WordPress” or else you will have to go to yoursite.com/WordPress not yoursite.com.

Now, once you have downloaded WordPress, there is a bit of work to be done on the host once more. Log in to 000webhost, and go to your cPanel. Go to “MySQL” under the “Software/Services” category. Enter in a MySQL database name, MySQL user name, and a memorable password. Now, to make installation easier, go to cPanel once more, and go all the way down to “Account Tools” and do the “Fix File Ownership” and the “Fix File Permissions” so that the initial installation and installing themes and plugins later on is a much easier affair.

Now, for the 5 minutes install – go to http: //example.com/wp-admin/install.php and follow the installation instructions. You can get the information about your database once more from your 000webhost cPanel to “MySQL” under “Software/Services”. Enter all this information, and within a few minutes your blog is ready to be used! Lastly, here are some extras for your newly made blog. First and foremost, you may want to import content from your old blog. To do anything on WordPress, you need to first login at yourdomain.com/wp-login.php. On the left sidebar, go to “Tools”->”Import”. Decide which category is applicable, and then follow the step by step instructions on how to download it.

Plugins are very useful in WordPress to add features like polls, search engine optimization, sitemap generation, related post generators, login customizers, anything you can think of! To add a new plugin, go to “Plugins”->”Add New”. There are some really useful ones that can add features and automate many processes to make your life easier.

Lastly, you will want to change the default theme to something that complements your blog content material. To add one, you can go to “Appearance”->”Themes” in the sidebar to the left in the Dashboard, and then click on “Install Themes” tab at the top. Choose one that is interesting, and makes your content stand out and stay unique.

All in all, this process took me about half an hour, and you can do it even quicker with this tutorial handy!

How To Create A Blog

There are lots of ways how to create a blog.

Some are very easy, like setting up a blog on a service like Blogger. Trouble is, spammers know this as well. Which means that Blogger has to be quite aggressive when it decides whether a blog is for real or not. If you’re not careful, you could find yourself logging in to update your free blog and find that it’s been accused of being spam and is therefore no longer visible to the rest of the world.

Ouch.

Especially if you’re relying on your blog for some of your income.

It’s a little bit more effort (although not much more) to set up a blog on your own hosting. With it’s own domain rather than being a part of someone else’s site.

But it’s well worth the effort.

With your own blog, you are mastery of your own destiny.

Most hosts have a one-click install for WordPress. So it’s pretty easy to get a basic blog up and running.

After that, it’s maybe 20 or 30 minutes work to tweak it so that it doesn’t look like the thousands of other WordPress blogs out there.

Make sure that you implement some kind of comment spam interceptor (Akismet works well, although you do need to jump through one simple hoop).

Choose a new theme so that yours doesn’t look like a completely “straight out of the box” blog.

Then you’re set to publish your views to the whole wide world!

Post a comment, after making sure that your blog will notify the multitude of blog search engines. It does this by “pinging” them. Which is just a bit like a computer-to-computer radar bleep. A ping tells the blog search engines that you’ve added new content. They get excited by this (computers aren’t that intelligent, are they!) and index your new content. And this is the start of publicising your new blog.

Cisco CCNP Certification Training Tutorial: The New ONT 642-845 Exam

The Cisco CCNP certification is changing at the end of 2006, with the BSCI and BCMSN exams being updated and the BCRAN and CIT exams being dropped. One of the two new exams is the 642-845 Optimizing Converged Cisco Networks (ONT) test, and the name of the exam doesn’t give many hints as to the material covered!

According to Cisco’s exam blueprint, the major topics on this new exam will be Voice over IP (VoIP) and Quality of Service (QoS). This exam change is an excellent move on Cisco’s part, since VoIP is one of the fastest-growing network technologies today, and implementing VoIP demands the ability to implement QoS!

Among the QoS topics on the exam will be NBAR, ToS, IP Precedence, DSCP, traffic policing, and traffic shaping. Some of these topics may be familiar to you if you studied for the BCRAN exam, but I feel it’s a safe bet that there will be much more detail on the ONT exam as compared to the BCRAN exam. Wireless LANs (WLANs) are also on the Cisco exam blueprint for ONT, and again I’d expect a lot more detail on that topic than you would have seen on the BCRAN exam.

Cisco’s obviously raising the bar for the new CCNP exams, and that’s a good thing for both you and for Cisco. The CCNP will be harder to get in 2007, but it will also become more valuable – and when you invest time and money into a certification, you want the vendor to protect your investment. Besides, to work with Cisco networks today and in the future, you’ll need to learn VoIP and Qos, so you might as well get the certification while you’re at it!

Blog Writing Tips

Here are the required components you need when cooking an outstanding blog. Watch your grammar; that is, if you want to gain people’s respect. There is nothing worst than a blog full of spelling mistakes and incoherent phrases. Also, focus on providing quality and original content. Copying and pasting text from other sites is just lame. Be creative and make an effort if you want to reach something.

Write your post in the online format; remember, it is not a printed work. Best is to give the reader pauses and separated paragraphs. Consider a review on blog writing tips, before you start, it will give you general ideas. Create your own style. When you write regularly, you get to the point, where everything comes naturally.

It is very important to update your content frequently. The most successful bloggers refresh their blogs several times a day. Therefore, they gain popularity and their number of subscribers increases. Find a niche and hang in there as long as you can, you could earn reputation and money, with a single lucky shot.

Avoid long posts, unless strictly necessary, like a tutorial or a review. You can write a good story in a few paragraphs, the rest is unnecessary. You can also cite your reference pages, nothing wrong there, just sharing a little of your rank.

Other blog writing tips are strictly associated with the content, for example, withdrawing trivial discussions. Do not cling on to irrelevant points that few people care about. Instead, research interesting topics and keep your blog informative and attractive.

Do not write to gain popularity and comments. Abstain yourself from negative content, such us ****** remarks. You will obtain followers with time without drawing bad blood. Be cooperative and supportive with other bloggers; you may get some helping return. Finally, once you are the perfect guru, perhaps you can share some of your blog writing tips with beginners.

Tutorial in Guitar – How to Learn As Efficiently As Possible

If you are going to invest in a tutorial in guitar, you are not only talking about a financial investment. We are also talking about investing a significant amount of time and energy required to learn the guitar. As with just about anything, there are long drawn out ways to do something and there are also ways to do it more efficiently. The best tutorial in guitar will be one that knows what kinds of problems you will encounter and also how to get you through the challenges as quickly as possible.

In my experience, any guitar tutorial worth its price will include lots and lots of video tutorials. At least for my own learning style I need to be able to see and hear the information in the lesson. It doesn’t work to just read about it. I need to see and hear what it is supposed to sound like.

Look for videos that give you simultaneous views of both the left hand and right hand playing techniques. You will want to see how to place and move your fingers on the fretboard. At the same time, you can see how to properly pick or strum the strings.

I also really appreciate the videos where the instructor shares and demonstrates his or her own personal tips and techniques. This is the kind of information that you would get from a personal tutor. There are many things about playing the guitar that you will never find written down in a book. You can either learn it on your own the hard way or find someone to teach you who has already been there to share their secrets with you.

So my advice is to look for a tutorial in guitar that combines lots of video tutorials with expert advice and guidance. You will know it when you find it. The ideal online course will be one that most closely feels like having your own personal tutor.

Windows Registry Tutorial – What to Do to Fix a Slow Computer

The Windows Registry is the file on your computer that keeps up with your basic setting and options for your windows unit. It is used on any of the 32 bit windows units, which includes Windows 95, 98, ME and NT/2000. It’s also featured, in a more extensive state, in Windows XP and Vista. This database stores all of the info about the users and there settings and all of the hardware and software that has been used and put on that particular computer.

If a user is to make a change to anything on the computer, then the information about the change is logged and stored in the registry. It is very important that you keep this registry uncluttered. The reason that you need to keep it uncluttered is, because if it does get cluttered it will slow the computer down. Also you should make a back up of the registry if you plan on doing anything editing wise to it. If you were to mistakenly delete an important file in the registry than you could use the back up registry to fix the mistake that you had made. Please make sure to make a back up of the registry before moving into changing anything around. Also if you do not know what you are doing then do not mess up and leave it to a professional or someone who knows what they are doing.

If a lot of changes are taking place on the computer it is very important to keep things from getting cluttered. This will help with the being able to search the registry if you need to find something and also it will help with the computer speed because it will make it easier for the computer to search through the files if they are better organized. One way to do this is to use a dedicated registry cleaning program. These programs will delete old registries by analyzing them. It also removes the files that have bad values and stores them in the Undo.Reg file.

How To Create A WordPress Blog – The Easy Way!

Do you want to learn, how to create a WordPress blog? Learning how to create a WordPress blog does not have to be hard. WordPress is set up to be very simple and easy to use. Don’t mistake ease of use for lack of quality though. While it’s super easy, it’s also very much cutting edge. There are plug-ins that you can adapt to suit your needs, and hundreds of layout choices for you to pick from.

Let’s back up and go over why you would want to know how to create a WordPress blog. Most people have figured out that there is money to be made on the web. Internet shopping continues to increase even though we are in an economical crisis right now, and it is expected to continue to grow. With all of this, of course there is money to be made on the web. Getting your piece of the Internet pie is a little easier to do with your own website. Of course this is not mandatory, but it is easier to keep track of things so that you can increase your profits later.

Many people have figured this out too; that owning a website increases profits, but are overwhelmed by the prospect of actually making the site even if it’s a blog site. Knowing HTML codes and getting them onto the web is not something that is easy at all. Too many people want a website, but cannot get one up because of how hard it use to be. Yes, use to be. Learning how to create a WordPress blog is something that will only take you a few minutes to understand. It may take longer to pick out what colors and layout schemes you want to use than to actually learn the program. It may also take a bit to set up the plug-ins you want as well.

As someone who has never built a site before, I have to tell you that learning how to create a WordPress blog was super easy. It, literally, only took a few minutes. I spent longer read the instructions and hints then I did actually creating the site. You may wonder why I spent so long reading; it’s because I wanted to make sure I had it set up the way I wanted it. I did want it to make money, so I took the time and read the hints and went through the steps the way they said.

I cannot promise that you will get everything you need with the WordPress blog software. You will have to get your own domain name, and web hosting. That is all you are going to need though it’s not all I would recommend. I have found a super easy way to create WordPress websites and that is by using the WordPress Express. With this set up you get the program, open it up, click create a new blog, enter your domain name, choose your layout, review your choices, and then create the site. It’s fast, simple, and looks great. There will be a little bit of delay on the web. It may take about ten minutes for your website to show up. Once it does, then all you are left with is customizing your site to make it yours!
